Airport shuttle

Our airport transfer service - for additional fee - provides you comfotable trip from the airport to the BPHome.

Our driver shall wait for you holding a table with your name, so you don't have to seek or wait.

Parking

If you arrive by car and don't want to park on the street, we provide you a parking space in the underground garage for an additional fee.

We hold the designated parking space during the whole stay of yours.

Please note your parking space requirement in advance.

  Reception – 8-22

Our english-speaking receptionists are at your disposal between 8:00am - 22:00pm. Those guests who arrive after 22:00pm, we shall manage to get the key after check-in time of course - please contact us!

Our staff answer any questions and help you in any request to make your stay more confortable.

FREE internet – wifi

The internet is essential nowadays: share your new photos and expreiences or if you want to talk to your family or just you have to work.

Whatever the reason is a free wireless internet access shall wait for you in the apartment.

Air conditioner

Our apartments have air conditioning and you can use it free of any charge.

We have only one request:
please save energy, turn it off when you leave the apartment.

Luggage storage

If you have arrived earlier than you can check-in or you have time after check-out but before departure and you would like to look around the city and buy some souvenir, let us take care of your luggage.

Luggage storage service is free of any charge.

Sightseeing, programs

We know that it is hard to seek and find "the program" among the possibilities, that is really impossible to miss, that gives you great experience.

We provide you entrance tickets and tickets for special programs, but no comission.

It can be the ticket to the world famous spa's, organ concert, folklore program or sightseeing tour, just ask our receptionists who shall help you.

Equipment for children

The children are mini adults. But we know that they are different in many ways. That's why we provide baby bed, feeding chair, baby cutlery for the youngests and children cutlery, playing carpet and drawing table for the older ones.

Please inform us if you shall arrive with children, in order to give us time to prepare for their arrival, too.

We provide all equipments free of any charge.

TV and DVD player

All apartments are equipped with TV and DVD player.

There are many foreign language TV channels.

The service is free of any charge.

Our apartment is located downtown so almost everything is within walking distance: most of the main attractions, museums, monuments, lots of restaurants and bars are available.

Tourist map and additional information from our receptionists shall help you to navigate.

Surprise service

Special occasions come in handy if you have a small team who carry out a small kindness. Champagne, flowers, sweets..
