OUR RATES

The price on our website, in e-mail offer and the confirmed price of your booking is always in EUR*. The price includes 18% VAT, but excludes 4% tourist tax. Tourist tax is due at arrival. (even if the full amount of your stay has been pre-paid).

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: Pre-payment is required. Your credit/debit card will be charged immediately after reservation for the entire stay. Bookings at this rate are not refundable and cannot be cancelled or modified.

STANDARD RATE: Your reservation can be modified or cancelled before your arrival according to our cancellation policy (see below). Please note that other restrictions, such as minimum stay may apply, or other restrictions of the package offers.

RESERVATION

You shall book your apartment online through our website by sending instant offer request form, or by e-mail, or by phone. Reservation is possible with full pre-payment (NON-REFUNDABLE RATE). 

Your offer request needs to be confirmed by us, only with this confirmation letter (sent by e-mail)  will be guaranteed your reservation.

PAYMENT

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: Pre-payment of the accommodation fee is required. Your credit/debit card shall be charged immediately with the full amount. (4% tourist tax shall be due at arrival)

STANDARD RATE:The payment for your accommodation shall be fulfilled by cash (both in EUR or HUF*) or by credit card upon arrival by check-in. (*the exchange rate is calculated under EUR/HUF selling rate - valid on the day of payment - of MNB – Hungarian National Bank).

Accepted credit or debit cards: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro and AMEX.

We reserve the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. In case of failure of the pre-authorisation transaction we shall inform you and provide you 48 hours to send new credit/debit card details. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if a valid credit/debit card is not provided.

Please note, that smoking, having any parties or loud activities that may bother other guests are stricktly prohibited in BPHome House.
We reserve the right to ask refundable security deposit (200€ /apartment) at arrival that shall be paid back upon check out in case that the houserules were kept and apartment(s) is (are) completed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE reservations cannot be cancelled or modified.

STANDARD RATE reservations can be cancelled or modified with the following conditions:

• In case of cancellation or modification is up to 4 days prior to the date of arrival, no penalty will be charged.
• If cancellation is within 4 days till arrival the first night will be charged.
• In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

If you would like to modify/cancel your reservation, please let us know about it as soon as possible to find the best solution for you.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

• Check-in: between 14.00 PM-22:00 PM - after 22:00PM under negotiation!
• Check-out: between 8:00 AM-11.00 AM - before 8:00AM under negotiation!
   
  

In case of early arrival or late departure you can use our luggage room with no extra fee.

EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Early check-in should be requested. The acceptance of the request depends on availability of the apartment. In case of acceptance we shall send email confirmation. Early check-in is from 09.00 AM and its costs the half price of your first night. If you would like to guarantee your check-in before 09:00 AM the apartment must be reserved for the previous night.

Late check-out should be requested. The acceptance of the request depends on availability of the apartment. In case of acceptance we shall send email confirmation. Late check-out is until 15.00 PM and its costs the half price of your last night. If you would like to guarantee your check out after 15.00 PM the apartment must be booked for the following night.

Please let us know your requirements when making your reservation.

RECEPTION 8am-22pm

Our english-speaking receptionists are at your disposal 7days a week, between 8:00 AM - 22:00 PM.
Our staff answer any questions and help you in any request to make your stay more confortable

CAR PARKING

Car parking is available at our underground garage for an additional fee (15.00€ / night / car).
Reservation in advance is needed.

CHILDREN POLICY

• Maximum of two children from 0 to 12 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
• Maximum of two children from 0 to 2 years stays free of charge in a baby crib.
• Any other children or adult is charged EUR 10.00 per person per night.

We provide the children amenities FREE of charge to our youngest guests.

SMALL PETS POLICY

Maximum two small pets are allowed in one apartment on prior request. Stay of small pets are free of any charge.

Rules of keeping animals

AIR-CONDITIONING

Our apartments have air conditioning and you can use it free of any charge. Please turn it off when you leave the apartment.

Please be informed that the air-conditioning is only available from 1^st of May to 31^st of October. If you wish to use the air-conditioning into your apartment, please ask the remote control from Reception upon arrival. Please note, that 20.00€ security deposit is required for the remote control. The deposit will be returned in exchange of the remote control.

SMOKING POLICY

All of our apartments and the building are STRIKTLY NON-SMOKING. Our Guests may smoke only on the balcony/terrace of the apartment. (Some apartments have’nt terrace or balcony)

Smoking inside the building or the apartment is strictly prohibited and results EUR 150.00 penalty.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

The Management cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to guests’ personal effects or luggage, howsoever caused. Guests should ensure their Travel Insurance covers all such risks.

SPECIAL REQUEST

All special requests are subject to availability. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may cause additional charges.
